‘Winnrz – Win £100,000 Cash Promotion’ April & May 2025

  1. The promoter is: Winnrz Ltd. (company no. 14162341) whose registered office is at 5 Carnaby Street, London, W1F 9PB.
  2. The Promotion Partner is HIGHJAM Marketing Limited (company no. 09053170) whose registered office is at Studio 621 Salisbury House, London Wall, EC2M 5QQ.
  3. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Winnrz Ltd., HIGHJAM, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.
  5. By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless obtained through the official ‘Refer a Friend’ mechanic.
  7. One winner will be selected on 20 May 2025. Promotion entry period is open between 10 April until 15 May.
  8. Entries submitted outside of these dates will not be counted.
  9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the promotion and how to enter are as follows:

  1. The entrant will scan the QR code on the Win Card or Street Team Promotional Kit. This will open a landing page with options to redirect to a simple registration form or WhatsApp.
    1. If the entrant chooses the entry through WhatsApp option, they will be redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-filled entry message ready to send. Once the entrant sends the message, they will receive an automated response containing a link to a registration form, where they must enter their details to be entered into the grand prize draw.
  2. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  3. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion.
  4. The prize is as follows: £100,000 cash (any tax liabilities remain the responsibility of the winner, where applicable).
  5. The prize is as stated, and no other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
  6. The Winner will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by the Promotion Partner. Winner selection will be done one time on Tuesday, 20 May 2025.
  7. The winner will be contacted via phone and email within 7 days of the closing date.
  8. The winner will only ever be contacted in this manner until otherwise agreed with the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  9. The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be received.
  10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  12. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  13. The winning name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: hello@highjam.co.uk.
  14. Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other Social Network or Communication App. You are providing your information to Winnrz Ltd. and HIGHJAM and not to any other party.   16. Winnrz Ltd. shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  17. Winnrz Ltd. also reserves the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
