WINNRZ – terms and conditions for UK Promotions

Apple is not a sponsor nor is it involved in the activities of Winnrz campaign draws in any manner.

  1. INTRODUCTION
    1. By entering any of the promotions (“Promotions”) on our website www.winnrz.com (“Website”) or mobile app (“App”) (together the “Platform”), all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
    2. The promoter is Winnrz Ltd (company no 14162341) whose registered office is at 5 Carnaby Street, Carnaby, W1F 9PB London (“Winnrz”).
    3. Each Promotion is open to individuals, who at the time of entry to a Promotion, are at least 18 years of age, excluding employees of Winnrz, its group companies, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion and any member of their respective immediate families. Winnrz will require participants to provide documentary evidence to verify their eligibility.
  2. ENTRY TO THE PROMOTIONS
    1. Only individuals with a valid registration to the Platform can participate in the Promotions.
    2. To enter a Promotion, participants must purchase shopping cards which can be redeemed at their face value when you purchase goods from our retail partner (“Shopping Cards”): WellPlaid. The price of the Shopping Cards does not reflect the opportunity to enter a Promotion: entry into a Promotion is offered for free, as an incentive to purchase Shopping Cards.
    3. Each Shopping Card purchased on the Platform is associated with a specific Promotion whereby individuals are awarded at least one (1) free entry to that specified Promotion once their purchases are complete.
    4. Each Promotion will run from and to the opening and closing times and dates as specified on the Platform (the “Opening Date”, “Closing Date” and the period between being the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the applicable Promotion Period. Any entry received outside the Promotion Period will be disqualified and will not be eligible to win a prize.
    5. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  3. WINNERS
    1. The number of winners for each Promotion shall be set out against each Promotion on the Platform.
    2. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries by a randomised computer programme on a day specified against each Promotion on the Platform (the “Draw Date”).
    3. Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the Draw Date of a Promotion and will be given details of how to claim their prize. The names of winners may also be announced in the local and regional press as well as on the Platform and any online social media.
  4. THE PRIZES
    1. The prizes available will vary depending on the Promotion but details of each prize (including the number of prizes, nature of prizes and any important information about the prizes) shall be described on the relevant prize draw pages of the Website and App.
    2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Winnrz reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Winnrz, the prizes will only be awarded to the winners.
    3. All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
  5. CONDITIONS
    1. In the event that Winnrz is unable to contact a winner within 60 days of the relevant draw, Winnrz reserves the right to award any prize to an alternative winner.
    2. Any prizes will be delivered within 30 working days from a valid acceptance of a prize.
    3. No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries.
    4. Winnrz reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
      1. verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence);
      2. disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of a Promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who Winnrz believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions; and
      3. disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf.
  6. LIABILITY
    1. Subject to paragraph 6.2, if Winnrz fails to comply with these terms and conditions, it will be responsible for loss or damage participants suffer that is a foreseeable result of Winnrz’s breach of these terms and condition. Winnrz is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
    2. Winnrz shall not be liable for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions as a consequence of events beyond its reasonable control.
    3. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Winnrz accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry or claim which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected.
  7. GENERAL
    1. Any decision of Winnrz in respect of the Promotions is final. For questions regarding any Promotion, email info@winnrz.com.
    2. Winnrz reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Promotions or to amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
    3. All personal data submitted in connection with the Promotions will be processed by Winnrz for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotions and the award of prizes (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of a participant. Winnrz is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Data that is collected from or about participants will be used in accordance with Winnrz’s Privacy Notice, a copy of which can be found at https://www.winnrz.com/privacy-policy.html.
    4. By entering the Promotions each participant gives Winnrz permission to publish their full name and country of residence if they are a winner of one of the prizes unless the participant notifies Winnrz that they do not wish us to make these details available. Please note that Winnrz will nonetheless be required to provide the names of all prize winners to the UK Advertising Standard Authority if requested to do so.
    5. Any images are an illustrative example and do not show the exact prize(s).
    6. The Promotions and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and participants can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotions and these terms and conditions in the English courts. [If you are a consumer resident in a European Union member state or in the United Kingdom, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotions and these terms and conditions in the English courts or to the competent court of your country of habitual residence, which courts are – with the exclusion of any other court - competent to settle any of such a dispute.] Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law.
